English 110
A course designed to examine the nature and function of language and rhetoric and to provide extensive writing experience for students. Three or four discussion-evaluation periods per week. This course does not apply toward English major requirements or major grade average.
English 210
A writing course for students who have mastered the skills and insights basic to competent writing but wish to develop their skills in expositroy prose and increase their awareness of the possibilities of language. Three meetings per week.
English 310
An advanced expository writing course for students serious about developing an effective, personal style and the insights necessary to analze and evaluate it.
