Freimann
Stage
The Freimann Stage, a blackbox theatre named for John R. Freimann (Professor of Theatre, 1962-1992), measures 30'-8" x 33'-6," and provides flexible staging for smaller HJT productions. Students also use the blackbox for Lunchbox Theatre, acting and directing projects, and various experimental productions. Versatile seating arrangements accommodate sixty to one hundred audience members. The theatre is adjacent to both the scene shop and the acting/directing classroom. The lighting grid above the playing space is accessible from the control booth. |
