1. Look up the formulas for the volume and surface area of a sphere and comment on their relationship.
2. Suppose you know how fast the radius of a sphere is changing. How would you determine how fast the surface area was growing? How fast the volume was changing?
3. What rule is being used in these calculations? (Finish the sentence: The change in volume with respect to time equals the change in volume with respect to radius times...)

1. We have used terms like 'limit as x approaches c of f(x)' in class up to now. Explain how this section gives us a formal definition of the word 'approaches'
2. What can be done to best help you review for the final?
